We have arrived in Ireland and are staying at a beautiful cottage. It reminds us of the Shire! Our cottage had the beautiful poem IF by Rudyard Kipling (see picture) on the wall of one of our cells (what we call a room in the convent) and we have seen perhaps 5 or 6 rainbows already. The people are so friendly. We have been to Mass at 2 different churches and will see Dawn Eden, a Jewish Convert to Catholicism who has written several books, including "Remembering God's Mercy, Redeem the Past and Free Yourself from Painful Memories." Can't wait for that. This week we will be giving talks at several schools and will be visiting several parishioners in their homes.
