  • 5:10 a.m.      Rise

  • 5:30 a.m.      Angelus, Morning Prayers, and Lauds, (Liturgy of the Hours)
                         Meditation (30 minutes)


  • 6:20 a.m.     Rosary

  • 7:00 a.m.      Holy Sacrifice of the Mass

  • 8:30 a.m.      Breakfast/ Reading of the Rules

  • 9:00 a.m.     Individual Holy Hours begin
  •                        Chores

  • Noon              Angelus – Individual Lunch 
                           [Angelus and Sext on Sundays]


  • 3:00 p.m.    None ( Liturgy of the Hours) and brief Meditation on the Passion

  • 5:30 p.m.      Spiritual Reading / Study (30 minutes)

  • 6:00 p.m.      Angelus and Vespers (Liturgy of the Hours)

  • 6:30 pm.      Dinner with Spiritual Reading

  • 7:45 p.m.     Dishes followed by free time

  • 9:00 p.m.      Recreation

  • 9:30 p.m.      Examination of Conscience
                          Compline and Night Prayers
                          Chaplet of Divine Mercy


  • 10:00 p.m.    Retire 
                          GRAND SILENCE until after Breakfast
